Eligibility. The Mage Twitter Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of Mage Technologies, Inc. (“Mage”) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins on November 12th, 2021 at 2 p.m. PT and ends on December 3rd, 2021 at 2 p.m. PT.

How to Enter. There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes, by Twitter or by postal mail.

Through Twitter: To participate via Twitter, you must Quote Tweet the Twitter Post with the hashtags #CodeBetterWithMage #MageGiveaway, mention Mage (@mage_ai) and three (3) people, and follow the Mage (@mage_ai) Twitter Account during the Sweepstakes Period. Once you Quote Tweet the post, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must include the post with the hashtags #CodeBetterWithMage #MageGiveaway to be eligible. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per Twitter account. You may only use one (1) Twitter username account to enter. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. You must have a non-private Twitter account to enter the Sweepstakes and receive Direct Messages. If you do not have a Twitter account, you may create one for free, visit www.twitter.com. Your entry must comply with Twitter Terms of Use. Entrants who enter via Twitter must complete all required steps during the Sweepstakes Period.

Mail-in Entry: To enter via mail, on a 3"x5" card, handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address (if any), daytime phone number, and add “Mage Twitter Giveaway” and mail in a business size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed to: 2010 El Camino Real, #2073, Santa Clara, CA 95050. Mail in entries must be postmarked by December 3, 2021 and received by December 6, 2021. Mage will not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered or postage due entries or mail.

You will receive a maximum of one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes regardless of the entry method used.

Prizes and Odds:

Two (2) prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes to winners selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max (actual retail value of $549) each pair. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

Drawing and winner notification: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about Monday (12/6/21) and winners will be announced on or about 12/8/21 by Mage (on Twitter), whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters. The potential winners will be contacted directly through Twitter messages and/or email, and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winners may be required to sign and submit an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability. Prize will be forfeited if the winner does not respond to claim prize within 48 hours or if prize is returned as undeliverable.

General Terms. Participants, by entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Mage, and each of its respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the Sweepstakes, the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, participants grant Mage, and those acting under its authority, permission to use their name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, image, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval.
